Champions for Life, Inc operates at two sites, the CFL Sports Center, located at 453 Grant Ave Rd. in Auburn, NY, and Everest Park, located at 5343 North Rd. in Owasco.

CFL Sports Center - 453 Grant Ave Rd, Auburn

Champions For Life Sports Center is a 50,000 sq. ft. multi-sports complex located in the heart of the Finger Lakes in Auburn, NY.  There is something to do for everyone in our range facilities, including indoor tennis courts, gymnastics arena, soccer arena, and fitness center.

Three indoor tennis courts, which were completely rehabbed in 2018, provide recreational, league, and tournament play.  All three courts are separated by netting, and all offer wide-open spaces beyond the boundaries for unrestricted movement.

The nearly 10,000-square foot gymnastics arena has two full-size competition floors, a 50-foot long tumble track, an in-ground trampoline and all of the required equipment for both boys' and girls' team competition.

Indoor soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey have all found a home in the large, indoor arena.  With two elevated viewing areas and an entire plexi-glass surround, participants and spectators alike can get in on the action.

The fitness center, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year, provides all the strength and cardio equipment you will need to stay in shape, lose weight or rehab after an injury. The private, family atmosphere and experienced staff can give you the individual attention to motivate and encourage you to live a healthy lifestyle.

The Grant Ave. campus offers a variety of perks and conveniences, including a large, free parking lot filled with wide spaces just steps away from an entrance, Men's and Women's locker rooms with spacious lockers and showers, and free WiFi are also available. Lockers are available to rent for a small fee, but are otherwise daytime use only.

Everest Park - 5343 County Route 72B, Auburn

Everest Park is a beautiful 160-acre private park nestled in the quiet farm country of the Finger Lakes. Open grassy fields give way to wooded trails which are ideal for quiet walks, tranquil jogging, and even mountain biking. Deep gullies and quick elevation changes also make Everest an ideal place to stretch your hiking legs.

Thanks to many generous donations, we now have four full-size athletic playing fields! Our fields offer a great playing environment for soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, football, and more. Everest Park is also home to the Finger Lakes Mud Run and the Finger Lakes Sports Tournaments & Clinics, which include competition and instruction in soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey.

The heart of the park is an acre-sized, fully-stocked pond complete with its own island. Enjoy paddle boating, kayaking, fishing, or simply sit back and watch the sun cast a perfect sunset on the shimmering water. On the shore of the pond is a pavilion that can be reserved for family picnics, reunions, club activities, or special parties.

Please contact us if you have questions about reserving the pavilion, or use of the field.
