How do you sanitize our equipment?
Equipment must be wiped down with the disinfecting wipes stationed throughout the fitness center every single time you use it. We clean and sanitize regularly frequently already, you doing your part to keep things clean and sanitized will help keep us open and your gym available to you! Additionally, we have installed additional air handling equipment that will sanitize the air via frequent air exchanges.

How do I get a key fob?
24 hour members get a key fob when they join. Please come to the sports center front desk after joining, and our front desk person will be able to make you a fob. On the off chance they are not able to, they will let us know, and we will have one made. For couple memberships, please let us know if each member of the couple wants their own fob, or we will only make one for you both to share. For family memberships, please also let us know if each member of the family over age 16 wants their own fob, or we will only make one for the family to share. Business hour only members do not get a fitness fob. Those members must come to the front desk each visit and borrow one of our office fobs. Please plan on leaving your car keys when you borrow a fob, and we will trade you back when you return our office fob.
How do I join?
You must register online. Everyone Must Register Online. You can click HERE to go to the registration page.
I don’t want to use EFT or a credit card. I’m sorry to hear that, but it is the only way we can sign you up. There will no longer be a pay by month option, OR an annual contract for monthly payments. You’ll register once, pay month to month, or for your annual membership, and cancel when you decide to cancel (if monthly), no annual contract, no checks, no cash – touchless payments. If you bought an annual contract, the system will charge you again one year from your original purchase, unless you tell us otherwise.
I don’t have a computer or know how to purchase stuff online. That’s okay – if you come to the front desk, we will do the whole registration process online with you, and you will be all set.
How do I cancel if I don’t want to come anymore? There is a ‘Cancel My Membership’ tab at the top of the page on our website. You just have to fill it out and give it to us at least three days before your card/account is charged again. You fill it out right online and submit it that way. No computer? Come to the front desk and fill out the paper form. Forget to cancel before you’re charged again? You got another month of membership. It is extremely helpful to us if you also return your key fob when you cancel your membership.
When will my card be charged? On the same day you register, and then again on the same date the following month. Your membership will be a set sum, paid once per month, good until that date the following month.
What if I get a new card? Please let us know asap. If your card is charged and it doesn’t go through, the system will attempt another charge five days later. If that does not go through, it will make one additional attempt and then cancel your membership. We will then be notified via email that this has occurred, and will disconnect your key fob from our doors.
