Champions for Life, Inc offers Monthly or Annual memberships, for singles, couples, or families!
We are so excited to be able to offer 24 hour fitness once again! Please note that not all memberships are automatically 24 hours. If you want to have a fitness fob and have 24 hour access, please make sure you choose that level of membership when you join. You can always upgrade later if you’d like!
For non-fob members, the fitness center is open whenever the front office is. You can click HERE to view our annual calendar for 2021-2022. 2022-2023 calendar coming soon! Our normal weekly hours are below:
Sunday: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Monday: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Month-to-Month Membership (billed monthly - cancel anytime)
Single 24/7 Access: $32.00/month
Single Business Hours ONLY Access: $25.00/month
Couple 24/7 Access: $54.00/month (two adults, living together)
Couple Business Hours ONLY Access: $45.00/month (two adults, living together)
Family 24/7 Access: $75.00/month (one or two adults living together with their children who are under 25 years old)
Family Business Hours ONLY Access: : $64.00/month (one or two adults living together with their children who are under 25 years old)
Annual Membership (12-month membership - 15% discount or more when you register for a full year!)
Single 24/7 Access: $326.00/year
Single Business Hours ONLY Access: $250.00/year
Couple 24/7 Access: $550.00/year (two adults, living together)
Couple Business Hours ONLY Access: $450.00/year (two adults, living together)
Family 24/7 Access: $765.00/year (one or two adults living together with their children who are under 25 years old)
Family Business Hours ONLY Access: : $640.00/year (one or two adults living together with their children who are under 25 years old)
CFL is the only facility in the area who accepts Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit and Active & Fit and Renew Active!
