What does the party schedule look like?

Friday Nights: Subject to Availability (Arena Parties Only)
Saturdays: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM (July and August: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM)
Sundays: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Closed during July and August)
All times and dates are subject to availability on a first-come-first-serve basis.

How much does it cost?

$150.00 for up to 20 children. Any additional children over the 20 are $5.00 each. No more than 30 children per party will be allowed. If you know in advance that you may have more than 20 guests, please let us know so we can prepare your accommodations accordingly.

What does $150 get you?

• Admission for up to 20 guests to our facility, which includes the use of the gymnasium or arena (subject to availability). Adults (i.e. grandparents, family, adult friends, etc.) aren’t counted in the tally of participants. All participants for the party must be signed in on a waiver at the front desk. Numbers are determined by individuals on the waiver.

• Up to 75 minutes of play in the gymnasium or arena, with the remaining 45 minutes of time spent in the Blue Room (party room opposite the tennis courts).

• Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drink. We ask what you bring in, you please bring out! You have access to the refrigerator in the café area to store your cold goods!

  • We partner with Mark’s Pizzeria and Angelo’s Pizza. Ask us for more details!

  • Please dispose of all trash in the receptacles provided. Anything left behind will be discarded or placed in the lost and found in the lobby.

• We invite you to decorate the party room as you see fit, but please do not use staples or push pins on the walls. For the 12:00 party (11:00 on Sundays), you will be able to access your party room and decorate at 11:45 (10:45 on Sundays), and guests can leave coats/gifts/etc in the party room during the gym portion of the party. Each party room is swept and wiped down for the next party! There will be a staging area where guests can leave coats/gifts/etc. until the party room becomes available. Other accommodations may be made depending availability of other rooms. (During July and August, you can arrive at 9:30 to decorate for your Saturday 10:00 AM party)

  • Kids can enter the gymnasium or arena when their party time starts. They do NOT have to wait for preparations to finish.

  • Parties cannot continue past their stated end time, as we have parties immediately following and need time for staff to clean the party room. Please exit the room promptly.

• Party guests can leave their gifts and personal items in your party room during the gym part of the party if you are the first party of the day. For all others there will be a staging area where guests can leave their gifts and personal items until such time as the party room is ready for use.

• Parents are welcomed to stay and enjoy the party but they must stay OFF of the equipment.

We have partnered with Rochester Foam Dart League (also known as Syracuse Foam Dart League on Facebook) for a refreshing twist to the birthday party offerings at Champions for Life! Their talented team will create a war zone environment in our arena as participants compete in Nerf battles that is sure to get the blood pumping! It’s a great experience for kids and adults alike! Be on the lookout for future leagues and special events at the sports center and Everest Park! Gatherings at the Everest Park Pavilion

Want to get the kids outside for their birthday, but don't have the space? Have your party at Everest Park, and enjoy all that Everest has to offer. The Pavilion is terrific for fishing or  paddle boating, and the grounds of Everest offer hiking trails, a playground, and plenty of room to run and play.

The Pavilion was rehabilitated in 2016, and features freshly painted walls, floors, and ceilings with ample seating inside or out. Inside, please note the installation of the Everest Park Donor Recognition wall, which features pictures from the history of the park, and a list of all the donors who made the fields, pavilion rehabilitation, and recent efforts possible. 

Outside the Pavilion, you'll find nine picnic tables, all of which can fit underneath the overhang, giving shelter from the rain if need be. We provide a gas grill, garbage cans, and liners for the cans. If you need a staff person to help out with party games, and other fun activities, just let us know when booking. Booking early ensures best availability. Use the grounds for all kinds of special occasions such as:
