Everest Park Fields may be reserved for practice sessions for lacrosse, soccer, field hockey, or other field sports. Scheduling must be done on our booking site, which can be accessed by clicking the button below:

Only paid team members will be able to book a field reservation. If you would like to become a team organization member, please click on the Membership tab under Everest Park above and complete the form and payment. When we receive your signed form and payment, you’ll be able to book times using the link above.

 

Please remember that the following guidelines must be followed when practicing or gathering at Everest Park:

  1. For all club or team memberships, you must provide a certificate of liability insurance naming Champions for Life, Inc. and the Everest Association for Family Enrichment as additional insureds before your first practice or gathering. Certificates of insurance can be emailed to melissa.gravius@championsforlife.org.

  2. All club or team memberships must provide a roster to john.alberici@championsforlife.org prior to booking their first reservation for practice or other gatherings. The form is attached here. Please include all players, coaches, volunteers, and any other persons who could be present at a gathering or practice, even if you are unsure if they will be attending, or even if they will only be attending once or twice. This information would be used for contact tracing if a participant or person present was ever diagnosed with Covid-19.

  3. No person who has been ill, or in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19, should attend practices or other gatherings at Everest Park.

  4. All Everest Park members must follow federal, state & local guidelines, teams using the fields should also follow guidelines of your sports governing body.

  5. Everest Park does not have toilet or locker room facilities.

  6. Until otherwise stated, practice should consist of no more than any ten people at a given time per half field, including the coach and the health/safety volunteer (if applicable). Field reservations are for one full field at a time.

  7. Masks must be worn at all times by all participants whenever the participant is not engaged in physical activity.

  8. All members present must practice social distancing of at least six (6) feet. Athletes and/or coaches should refrain from high and low fives, fist/elbow/chest bumps, and other unnecessary touching.

  9. Parents or guardians should drop off their player ready to practice and pick up their player without exiting their cars. Parents or guardians can stay in their cars or leave and return to the premises for pick-up.

  10. Please consider the additional guidelines as listed below:

    1. Coaches should consider temperature screening prior to practice.

    2. Athletes/participants should not share equipment, water bottles, or food.

    3. Equipment should be cleaned after each practice.

    4. Athletes should have a properly fitted mouthpiece that stays it their mouths for the duration of practice.

    5. Athletes and others should hand sanitize prior to, and at the conclusion of practice.

    6. Players with an increased risk of severe illness from Covid-19 should consult with their physician prior to participating.
