Champions for Life is committed to growing the game of soccer in Central New York and beyond! Soccer remains one of our country’s fastest growing sports.  Indoor soccer teaches ball control, communication, precision passing and shooting – all of which help to raise the level of each player’s game. Most importantly though, whether playing a game or receiving instruction, indoor soccer is lots of fun!

CFL Soccer

Join Auburn High School Varsity Coach Conor Engle and staff for the 2025-2026 CFL Soccer Clinics! Conor was born and raised in Auburn, and has been involved in soccer his entire life, from playing varsity during his years at AHS, to captaining the soccer team at SUNY Potsdam, and has been a coach since graduating from college, at North Country Community College though 2018, Potsdam from 2018-2020, and at Auburn as Varsity Coach since returning to his home town!

As our CFL soccer clinic director, Conor will focus on developing footwork, skills, and tactics in a fun and positive environment where players of all abilities can learn and grow at their own pace. He brings relentless enthusiasm in the most positive way to engage the kids in a high energy atmosphere. CFL’s goal is to get kids more confident on the ball and grow to love the game.

Each co-ed clinic will be held in three, 6-week sessions, with sixteen spots available for each clinic. If you register for all three sessions now, you will save $35.

Grades K-3
Session One: Tuesdays, 12/16/25 - 1/20/26, 4:30 - 5:30 (we will have clinics over the school holiday break period)
Session Two: Tuesdays, 1/27/26 - 3/10/26, 4:30 - 5:30 (no clinic 2/17/26)
Session Three: Tuesdays, 3/17/26 - 4/13/26, 4:30 - 5:30 (no clinic 3/30/26)

Grades 4-6
Session One: Tuesdays, 12/16/25 - 1/20/26, 5:30 - 6:30 (we will have clinics over the school holiday break period)
Session Two: Tuesdays, 1/27/26 - 3/10/26, 5:30 - 6:30 (no clinic 2/17/26)
Session Three: Tuesdays, 3/17/26 - 4/13/26, 5:30 - 6:30 (no clinic 3/30/26)

Fee: $95 for each session, or $250 if you register for all three.

Instructional Soccer - Ages 2-7 - Soccer Shots

If your young child is interested in learning about soccer, or maybe just interested in kicking the ball around with other kids… come join us! We work with Soccer Shots to provide youth soccer instruction for very young children. Soccer Shots is a national program that operates using the ‘three C’s - coaching, communication, and curriculum with a vision of providing a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family.
