Champions for Life will be offering a Home School Phys. Ed. (HSPE) membership to families for the remainder of the 2023-2024 scholastic year, as an effort to help families satisfy their PE requirements, but also to provide a place for families to congregate and plan future programming. We are able to provide multiple options for weekly classes for grade school-aged kids. Also, the rest of the school year has been broken down into five sessions (based upon the public school breaks).

NOTE: Select one (1) quantity for each child you are registering. For example, if you have to register more than one child, select “1” and fill out the registration form and then select “1” and fill out the form for the next child until completed.
