School Year Registration and Payment Policies
Students register for the session. sessions include eight classes, typically every week for eight weeks, but please note the dates, as there are some school breaks that we do not have class. the registration fee is built into the session fee and is no longer a separate fee.
Tuition remains the same regardless of date of registration, absences, holidays, or weather related closures.
If you register after classes have already started, you can begin attending classes immediately, but we will not be prorating the session fee.
Additional sessions after the first session must be registered/payed for as registration opens. Classes are no longer continuous from month to month for the entire school year.
Session Dates are as follows:
session one: 9/30/24 - 11/23/24 (REGISTRATION 9/13/24 - 9/29/24)
session two: 12/2/24 - 2/8/25 (REGISTRATION 11/15/24 - 11/29/24)

Once you sign up and submit your payment, you are registered for class and can come to the next scheduled class.
Tuition pays for your child’s place in class regardless of attendance. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, notify us in writing within three days of your child’s first class, and we will fully refund your fees. Refunds are only given within three days of your child’s first class. Refunds or credits will not be given at any other time.
Sessions will be starting throughout the year. Remember that classes are not continuous every single month. This is a major change from past years!
We must have a minimum of four persons per class. If we do not reach that minimum, we reserve the right to cancel that class session. In that event, you will be asked if you would like to choose another session time, or your fee will be refunded in full.
Class Cancellations/Class Attendance/Make-up Classes
Inclement weather class cancellations will not be rescheduled. If our instructors are unable to make a scheduled class, they will determine a time and day to reschedule. If you cannot make the rescheduled class, we will not be refunding the portion of the fee for that class.
After each registration period, we will ask that you join our ‘Remind’, in order to communicate class cancellations or changes to the schedule. IF YOU CHANGE nights, we will need to add you to a different class list so PLEASE remind (no pun intended) us to switch you.
LEVEL 1
Level 1 classes divided by gender, as students in these classes begin doing more specific work on their own competition apparatus. In Level 1, all students are expected to enter the gym on their own, while grown-ups either stay in the lobby or leave the building. All gymnastics apparatus is used. Girls will use the short and tall beams, the floor, the trampolines (including the Tumble Track), the big bars, and will begin working on pre-vault skills. Boys will use the floor, the high bar, the rings, and the pommel horse, or skills leading to the safe use of this equipment. In Level 1, the instructors will set up stations, and describe stations to students. Students will rotate through their stations for practice and correction. Students will learn body positioning fundamentals, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, balance, and supporting body weight on bars.
For the girls classes, we further separate by age/skill level. For the Beginner group, these are kids with no (or very little) gymnastics experience. For the Experienced group, girls should have been in gymnastics, in Level 1 or Super Tots, for at least one year prior to registering for this class.
If you are unsure of which class to register for, go by the age of your child (ages 6 - 7 in Beginner, ages 8 - 10 in Experience). Our instructors will be evaluating all the kids in the first class of the session, and will recommend movement if necessary. Both Beginner and Experienced are the same length of time and same price, and are offered on the same days.
