Champions for Life will be offering a Home School Phys. Ed. (HSPE) membership to families for the remainder of the 2024-2025 scholastic year, as an effort to help families satisfy their PE requirements, but also to provide a place for families to congregate and plan future programming. We are able to provide multiple options for weekly classes for grade school-aged kids. This payment covers both sessions.
NOTE: Registration payment covers the whole family. Please add names of all participants in the registration form.
